π‘ Instagram Ad Strategy
Instagram is a high-engagement platform where users scroll quickly. Your ad has less than a second to stop the "thumb-scroll."
- Visual Hook: The image or video is the ad. Text should only provide context to the visual.
- Hashtags: While you can use up to 30, for ads, 1-3 highly relevant hashtags are cleaner and prevent the ad from looking like spam.
- The CTA: Instagram's "Learn More" button is the most clicked CTA. It feels less aggressive than "Shop Now" while still driving traffic.
- Mobile Optimization: Since Instagram is mobile-only, always assume your user is on a small screen with potential glare. Use bold, clear fonts in any image text.
