How to Use the Instagram Post Preview Tool
Enter Your Profile Details
Type your Instagram username, display name, and optional location tag in the left panel. These appear exactly as they would in the post header.
Upload Your Post Image
Click the image upload area or drag and drop a photo. Supports JPG, PNG, and GIF. Square images (1:1) are recommended for a true Instagram look.
Write Your Caption & Hashtags
Add your caption text and hashtags in the respective fields. Hashtags are highlighted in blue automatically in the preview, just like the real app.
Adjust Engagement Numbers
Use the sliders to set realistic-looking like and comment counts. This helps you visualise how popular posts appear on the feed.
Review and Screenshot
Once satisfied, take a screenshot of the preview card to share with your team, client, or for content planning purposes.
